Lagoon Bath Lift

The Lagoon is a hygenic, lightweight reclining bathlift that is superbly engineered. It is very easy to use and has been designed to fit neatly into most bathroom situations. It lowers and raises the user easily and quietly and can also recline too if required easily.

For many people, at some point in their life, bathing becomes difficult. The Lagoon bathlift provides a safe and easy approach to this problem enabling the user to enjoy bathing again with safety and confidence.

It is very easy to install or remove, simple to operate and offers a person excellent comfort, safety, reliability and convenience. It has a weight carrying capacity of 22 stone (138kg).

OPERATING THE BATH LIFT

Step 1

Whilst in the upright position the seat and side flaps are on the same level allowing easy access into the bath. The side flaps will automatically fold as the bathlift descends into the bath.

Step 2

Pressing the handset control gently lowers the seat into the bath. When the lowered position is reached the backrest will recline (if desired) into a position that gives the most comfort.

N.B.The safety over-ride will not allow a person to descend unless there is sufficient charge remaining in the rechargeable battery to complete the operating cycle.

Step 3

Once in a comfortable bathing position a relaxing hot bath has been enjoyed, the hand controller is used to return the user to the start position again.

Hygiene & Comfort

The softly padded, non slip, seat cover is easy to remove and clean, being machine washable for optimum hygiene. The frame is manufactured from stainless steel and has a 5 year guarantee.

Easy to Install & Remove

The bathlift is easy to fit and is secured by strong suction cups with lift tabs which allow the bathlift to be firmly held in place yet removed easily. The easily removable backrest and compact design makes this one of the lightest bathlifts on the market, so it is very portable and can be stored easily. The heaviest part weighs just 9kg.

Recharging the battery.

The Rechargable Hand Controller is capable of more than ten complete cycles on a single battery charge. Recharging the handset is easy, just unplug it from the bathlift, attach the charger lead and plug it in over-night. The controller will be fully recharged in 14 hours from flat. The hand control also has an integral warning light on it to indicate when the battery charge is low. We suggest that you recharge the battery once a week for most users even if the lift has not been used. This will ensure maximum battery life is maintained.
